The Legal Seminar Webinar series on How to Ensure Labour Rights of Undocumented Migrant Workers in a Changing Economy will take place on the following dates: 

 

  • Week 1: Wednesday 6 October 14.00 – 16.00 CET – Undocumented workers’ rights as “workers” or “employees” under EU law and international law
  • Week 2: Wednesday 13 October 14.00 – 16.00 CET – Undocumented workers’ rights: in law and practice: National case studies
  • Week 3: Wednesday 20 October 14.00 – 16.00 CET – Criminal law approaches to exploitative working conditions
  • Week 4: Wednesday 27 October 14.00 – 16.00 CET – Accountability frameworks and complaints mechanisms

 


Registration deadline: On the Wednesday of the session, at 12:00 CET. Registered participants will receive the zoom link 2 hours before the start of the each session.

 

The main language of the meeting will be English, but French and Spanish interpretation will be available for all sessions.
